This multi-vitamin has everything I was looking for - specifically vitamins B6, B12, calcium citrate, and iron. Plus, it has been easier to digest than other multi-vitamins that I have tried. Seacoast Vitamins multi-plus liquid is incredible. I have been using for more than two years now, and it provides all the viamins that I need. I find the Natural Factors women's multi vitamin excellent as I have never been able to take b vitamins before without reacting badly - i.e. losing my appetite and getting digestive problems, headaches etc. Also, I really like that the proportions of b vitamins are the same as they occur in nature, rather than being identical amounts

I love these vitamins! They don't overdose you with Selenium and Vitamin E which have been shown lately to cause problems in mega-doses. I like that these also have some fiber in them as well. The price is right and the quality is great. Highly recommend.
