      Question: It would depend on the type of glass,my old Oceanic tanks have very thick unermpeetd glass,whereas my new tanks have much thinner tempered glass. The thicker (softer)tanks can be drilled (for overflows and the like),the tempered ones not. Somewhere I have a book called Aquatic Systems Engineering:Devices and How They Function. by P.R. Escobal,that may help. You might be able to find it at your local library. This book would help you calculate the load on the glass and the supplier of the glass should be able to take it from there.Good hunting and good luck. PeeTee

        Question: I have only been taking the pills for about a month now, so I can't naslsceriey say how well they work. I can say that I was really happy to see how big this bottle was when it arrived. Well worth the price! Update November 2008: I have now been taking these pills for 8 months and in a recent check-up the doctor told me my cholesterol was at amazing levels. My 2008 cholesterol levels: Total Cholesterol 175 mgdl (recommended below 200 mgdl) HDL Cholesterol 95 mgdl (recommended above 50 mgdl) LDL Cholesterol NA (below 100 mgdl) The doctor specifically told me that it was amazing for a 30 year old male to have an HDL of 95 and an LDL that was so low it did not register. My 2007 cholesterol levels: Total Cholesterol 198 mgdl (recommended below 200 mgdl) HDL Cholesterol 61 mgdl (recommended above 50 mgdl) LDL Cholesterol 127 (below 100 mgdl) Aside from taking these pills my diet has remained the same. This suggests that these pills have done wonders for my cholesterol levels While less scientific, I have also witnessed the following benefits - Better Skin (less breakoutsmore even color) - Less joint pain (I have had bad knees from years of Running) - Stronger hair - More energy (I used to always want a nap at 3pm) This change in my body was gradual and there is great potential that it was a result of other things in my life. I won't claim these pills are a miracle substance, however, the cholesterol improvement alone should be enough proof that these pills are worth adding to your diet

            Question: Santhu, to increase sperm, you have to go on a saiilmr diet to endo actually. For men, eat healthy (no processed foods, more dark leafy greens, NO RED MEAT), get Coenzyme10 and that helps you produce your sperm count and health. In addition, exercise regularly. I'll try and put out an article on how to increase sperm shortly.

              Question: First off I must say, I HATE GNC PRODUCTS!!! I hate going into their stores, puntitg up with some cholo trying to sell me the highest commission item. BUT I do love this creatine. The AMP 189 is good stuff. Quick gains in muscle mass if used with a protein supp along with amino acids. I have gained 120 lbs on my bench in the past 3 months using a stack of Jack3d, Amp 189, Centrum, Amino Acids, and a whey protein. The only down fall to the AMP is the HUGE caps need to be broken in half to be taken and digested properly. If you do not do this, there is a good possibility you will be seeing a metallic blue in your stool. Just a heads up. I know all supps effect people different so try a multitude of them before settling for one. AMP 189 in my opinion is worth the cash.
