      Question: Lucky Jace! Reality TV personality Audrina Patridge looekd SO incredible in 2010! It's sad to see what has happened to her. After her drastic reduction procedure at the start of 2011 Audrina was left flattened and sagging with no curves or cleavage in dire need of some lift and support. But you got her before the reduction, how fortunate are you!

          Question: what happens to my mluescs after I stop taking NO-Xplode?Hello. I am looking at trying NO-Xplode as a pre-work out supplement. I am concearned about what it will do to my body. I only work out 3 days a week, and I would try to only take 1 scoopwork out. From all the reviews I've read, im confident it will give me a solid burst of energy, and let me push a lot. combined with recovery days, im sure I will put on mass. However, what happens after I'm done taking it for lets say a 2month term. I do not intend to use this product perminently. I dont want any future liver or kidney issues, so Im approaching this in moderation. So, If I stop taking it, after I have gained, I would expect to gain much less, due to the lack of energy, but will I lose mass? it has creatine in it, although a small dosage. Im 23 years old, 5 ft 10 , 175 lbs, so I have a pretty average build. I play a lot of sports, but at a recreational level. Im not looking to put on a lot of mass, I just want to firm and tone up, maybe add 10 pounds or so, over time. To those who have used NO-xplode and stopped after gaining, how did your bodymuclesbuild respond? did it maintain? did it reduce? thank you., I appreciate your input

            Question: Lisa H from New Hampshire. What I have started to do to enrsue I get the right amount of calcium in my diet is, is track my dairy intake on the Food Pyramid on the Dept of Agriculture's website. You register and you can track what you eat and it will tell you how much from each food group you should eat based on your age, gender etc... It's a great tool to use. So as I go through the day I will enter what foods I have consumed and it will tell me if I'm getting enough grains or milk and so on. If I haven't consumed enough dairy, for example, I'll make sure to have a yogurt or glass of milk at some point during the day.

                      Question: Probably my new fave Vitafusion product. I've tried their multi Vites and the Vitamin D, and they all taste great. But I was wonerding if the Fiber Vitafusion Fiber Gummies would taste funky. Nope. Taste just as yummy as the other VitaFusion products, but FIVE GRAMS OF FIBER for two gummies. Wow. I normally get plenty of fiber, since I eat a lot of produce, whole grains, and legumes (mmm beans ). But occasionally, there's a day I indulge in pizza or junk food and don't get my legumey or enough whole grain fiber. These fill that gap when I don't make it to 30 grams of fiber a day (my goal is no less than 25 and optimally 30). I never have issues with irregularity, and I don't WANT issues with irregularity, so these are part of my fiber quest now. So, yumsy. Though they don't tell you to specifically, I do recommend a glass of water or more when you take these to keep things moving nicely. Each gummy has five calories. These do contain sucralose, green tea extract, coconut oil, and beeswax. So, anyone who has issues with those should avoid. Since gelatin is an ingredient (duh, gummies), these may not be Vegan-Friendly, so a heads up there. Enjoy
