    Question: I'm glad you liked my comment,some plpeoe don't but I do so much research on health foods and nutrition,how what we eat affects our bodies and minds.:-) Yesterday,I made oatmeal kind of cookies yesterday,with soaked oats,almond milk,goji berries,agave,cinnamon,blueberries and figs,cooked it more like a crust.I just notice from experience how I feel after consuming processed foods (icky!).Of course everything in moderation!

      Question: We own our home fully No mortgage value alxeopimatrpy 550k. We're convinced that we love to to retire early to close to the beach. Presently we found nice houses with land for the reason that area for 175k. Is it more beneficial to obtain a home equity for that full price of the Beach home plus every other small debit (approximately 75k 2 cars along with a timeshare week) or still pay around the individual debits and give a Mortgage for that Beach house?The best goal is always to get settled in to the second home and then sell on the present home remove the balance after which place the relaxation within an investment with monthly returns for retirement earnings until we achieve retirement as well as maybe obtain a parttime job.

            Question: I can personally asttet to the effectiveness of this treatment! Under Doctor Forbes direction I was able to drop my high blood sugar 25 points using minute amounts of the proper sex hormone to control my overactive anterior pituitary gland! I also maintained a healthy natural diet. At the present time my blood sugar stays within the normal range as long as I watch my diet and take my daily hormone pill! I am very happy that I do not have to take insulin or any of the oral diabetic pills!

              Question: Yes and no. It is per oz, but it is per Troy oz which is different to a naorml ounce. Go figure. A troy ounce is 32.15 grams (I might be wrong, I'm working from memory it might be 32.14 grams, I forget).Bear in mind though, that the silver price quoted is always for the scrap value. Ingots and bars will have a premium over that price and if the bar is rare or collectible, that premium might be substantial. You need to do a lot of individual investigation. Coins will have the underlying scrap price but usually hold some sort of numismatic value too. This is an area into which you really need to research hard and invest carefully. It is not really a place for real beginners.

                Question: I've been taking Omega 3 Fish oil for saevrel years for angina and arthritis. I have done a lot of research (read Dr. Barry Sears, Dr. Andrew Stoll) about various products and have bought very expensive products in the past.I have greatly benefited from the EPA. I don't have hip pain when I sleep, although I still have pain when I walk (because I don't take enough fish oil) and I no longer have angina pain. My nephew who is hyperactive has also taken fish oil (omegabrite) and is not on Ritalin any longer. He and I are both walking miracles.If you go to the Coromega site, they will send you a free sample of this product. I got it in the mail about 5 days ago and took it today for the first time. It is the best tasting fish oil I've ever had and I'm ordering more today. It doesn't have the percentage of EPA to DHA I prefer but, and this is important, I won't dread taking it, I can carry it in my purse so that I don't forget to take it and it is't messy.If you have an egg allergy don't buy this. Go to the coromega site and research this first, but the price on Amazon is very good especially as I buy more then 25.00 and get free scipping.
