How to Prepare your Seacoast Vegan Power Smoothie

You Need:

• 8 ounces of pure water

• seed milk

• nut milk

• coconut water

• 2 heaping tablespoons Warrior Food (Either Extreme Chocolate Plus, Natural or Extreme Vanilla Plus)

• 1 cup of fresh (frozen) blackberries/ blueberries/strawberries berries (combined as you desire)

Optionally, you can use the following sweeteners: 1 tablespoon raw/whole/organic honey; tablespoons of coconut nectar or 2 medjool dates.

Nut/Seed Milk:

1.  Choose between organic raw almonds, hazelnuts, sesame, or hemp seeds (or any other nuts/seeds you prefer).

2.  Soak nuts/seeds in water overnight (duration: 8 - 12 hours).

3.  Pour 4 cups water in high-powered blender with one cup of soaked nuts/seeds for 1 - 2 minutes.

4.  Squeeze out all its "milk by straining the pulp through a mesh cloth.
