Question: My guess is either the sielvr or the shiitake.Next time, don't take them all together. Take one at a time, and wait a few hours between each, then you'll be able to figure out which one caused the reaction.Keep a dose of benadryl nearby to take once you do start having the reaction, it should help.Alternatively, don't take any of them, and see your doctor. He or she can recommend an allergist, who can do a test to figure out which you are allergic to in a controlled setting. This may be a better option because if you reacted to a drug you have never taken before, you could be sensitized now and the next reaction could be much worse.Good luck, stay healthy.
