It took about 30 days -- I was following the directions taking 1 capsule daily -- until I started to notice less pain. I was taking acetiminiphen doses 2 to 3 times daily prior to that. One morning I realized I felt much better and stopped the daytime pain pills and was virtually pain-free for the rest of the day. I had told my family doctor about tumeric and she agreed it was OK for me to take and that it was "a long-time treatment." I am now about to order more Tumericforce. I would recommend this supplement to others who are looking for a way to control arthritis pain.

Review
This multi-vitamin has everything I was looking for - specifically vitamins B6, B12, calcium citrate, and iron. Plus, it has been easier to digest than other multi-vitamins that I have tried. I also like that the recommended dose is 6 capsules, so I can take 1 or 2 in supplement to a healthy diet and not feel "over-vitamined".
