I began using the product about a week ago (December 7, 2012). My blood pressure had been hovering around 130/80. After taking the product for 3 days, I checked my blood pressure at a neighborhood supermarket. To my disbelief, my first reading was 114/64. I took it again and it was 120/62. Upon taking another reading, it was 111/60! Since age 21, my blood pressure had been 110/70. Since growing younger, it had gotten as high as 152/84. Now at age 52, it is almost back to normal. Actually my diastolic pressure is lower.

This is an awesome supplement. I struggle with high cholesterol and this has greatly reduced my cholesterol level. I have used it now for 6 months and I am very satisfied with it. My cholesterol LDL was at 170 and after taking this supplement for 6 months it has lowered to 110. I feel with this product and more exercise has done the trick for me. My Dr was impressed and wanted me to keep doing what I am doing.

This was recommended to me from a neighbor. I started using this to help lower my blood sugar. It normally ran around between 150-170. So to prevent taking meds I chose this product. After using this for 3 months it is at 105. Very pleased with that. I will continue to use Alpha lipoic acid to help maintain a normal reading.
