0 0 A: Essential Source's Green Coffee Bean Extract has no added caffeine, the only caffeine in the products is what comes from the actual coffee bean itself which is very nominal, so much so that is hard to even be able to calculate how much is in it. If you are concerned about it you can take half of the normal dosage to see how you feel, although the manufacturer can assure you jitters is not a side effect with our product. The reason they use sublingual form is to get you better results faster and more efficiently and to bypass all side effects vs. pill form. As for the use of alcohol in Essential Source's products, they use it so they don’t have to use preservatives, also it helps aid with their sublinguals.
