      Question: wanted to know- is 4 drops all you need to take? or can you do it twice a day1 heard that some people do. also, how long does it take to feel the benifits of liqui kelp? thanks
      • 0 0 A: Yes, 4 drops is all you need to take and you can split those 4 drops to 2 drops twice daily if you'd like. Your physician may advise alternative doses if you think you need more than the 4 drops. We cannot completely predict individual response to dietary supplements as each person is unique in their nutritional needs.  Normally with nutritional supplements you will not see an immediate effect.
