    Question: If it is cream where do you apply cream?
    • 0 0 A: The cream can be applied anywhere on the outer part of the skin. The easiest place would be the arms or legs. Only 1/4 teaspoon is needed and once rubbed in it will absorb into the skin into your blood stream for maximum absorption.  Vote down - Vote up

    Question: How do you take it? Did I miss the dosaging instructions some where? There is a high chance I did, cause I am on my phone. :)

    Question: can we use this product...for a person whose TSH level is 15 unit and T3 and T4 level are in normal range.....
    • 0 0 A: The warnings on this supplement are as follows: Ingestion of iodine and/or iodide has been associated with certain complaints. If you experience any of the following, stop ingesting Iodoral® and contact your physician: • acne-like skin lesions in certain areas of your body • headache in the frontal sinus • unpleasant brassy taste • increased salivation and sneezing If you experience any unusual symptom since starting on Iodoral®, contact your physician. Though I do not see any warnings on this supplement against taking Iodoral if your TSH Levels are in a certain range you may want to ask your physician if you are concerned.    Vote down - Vote up

    • 0 0 A: Lutein has been known to help protect ones eyes. Less than 20 of the hundreds of carotenoids found in nature are found in the human body. These carotenoids are present in the body from the foods or dietary supplements that humans consume. The body does not synthesize them. Among the carotenoids present in the body, only lutein and its coexistent isomer, zeaxanthin, are found in that portion of the eye where light is focused by the lens, namely, the macula lutea. Numerous studies have shown that lutein and zeaxanthin may provide significant protection against the potential damage caused by light striking this portion of the retina. In the eye, lutein and zeaxanthin have been shown to filter high-energy wavelengths of visible light and act as antioxidants to protect against the formation of reactive oxygen species and subsequent free radicals. Human studies have demonstrated that lutein and zeaxanthin are present in the skin, and animal studies have provided evidence of significant efficacy against light-induced skin damage, especially the ultraviolet wavelengths. Little was known about the protective effects of these carotenoids in human skin until recently.
