Nordic is the brand I like for fish oil because of the natural lemon flavoring they use, and also because they distill their fish oil. It's really strong, the combination of EPA, DHA and EFAs. Highly recommended.

Compared to the other brands, EFA Gold is a much better product. It doesn't have the coconut taste as do other coconut oils, it comes in a plastic, non-breakable container and it comes in the right size. The glass contrainers, besides being breakable, are too small. I have tried several other brqnds but the EFA Gold is my personal favorite.

I've been using Nordic Naturals for about 6 months. My son had delayed speech. Initially I tried an EFA supplement which triggered some improvements with his speech. The greatest improvement came when I switched him to Nordic Naturals ProEFA. Within a week, he was saying things more clearly. By the 2nd week, he was expressing himself more, using hand gestures to describe what he wanted, and attempted to say it verbally. Highly recommend it.
