As a natural source of essential fatty acids, protein, amino acids and trace minerals, pumpkin seeds were one of our nations first perfect foods. Each serving of NOW Pumpkin Seed Caps delivers an impressive 2 grams of EFA rich pumpkin seed oil in every easy to take serving.
