Question: Does using Krill Oil have side effects?
  • A: There are no side effects noted on this supplement. Adults desiring effective omega-3 maintenance and additional health benefits are recommended to take 2 softgels a day, preferably after a meal. For added cardiovascular protection, take 3-4 softgels per day. Higher intakes may be beneficial, under a physician’s care. Children over age 3 may take 1 softgel per 40 pounds body weight per day. This supplement is not vegetarian and may not be suitable for individuals with seafood allergies.
