Question: Yes I am looking for oils that can be taken with resveratrol on an empty stomach, one hour before eating a meal. Will this work? I know that omega 3 fish oils cannot be taken on an empty stomach and so will not work.
- A: There are not any notations that this Ultra Oil supplement must be taken with food. With that being said, it is of the preference of the user how they would like to take it.
