Suggested Use:

1 to 2 heaping scoop(s), one to two times daily, or as directed by your health care professional. Mix powder with boiling water, stir thoroughly and let steep (and cool) for a few minutes before drinking. Alternately, cool water can be added to bring to a drinkable temperature.
