When I start to getting flu like cramps, I take 3 to 4 tablets every 3 or 4 hours for a day, and the cramps will lighten up by the 2nd day. On the 2nd day I take 3 or 4 tablets every 6 hours and by the third day the cramps are gone. The key is to start taking the tablets when the first symptoms are noticed.

In 1999 I had my prostate gland removed because of cancer. By late 2005, my PSA had risen to 15. Needless to say, I have recurrent prostate cancer. I started using Prostasol at four capsules per day and had my PSA checked after two months. It had dropped to 0.3! Four months later, on one capsule per day it had declined to 0.1. My testosterone had also declined to 34 and I suspect this may be at least part of the reason for the PSA decline. The side effects are slight breast enlargement ans slight nipple tenderness. Nevertheless, I will continue to use Prostasol as long as it suppresses PSA so dramatically. It is a good product that actually works with tolerable side effects.

I am taking Alive Multivitamin since I know I don't ussually get all what i need in my daily food intake. Besides, I have undergone, twice, surgery during my child deliveries. I was weezing especialy at night in bed which I atributed to exess mucous production along with clearing my throat. After taking this for about two weeks the weezing stopped and the throat clearing greatly improved. However as I write this ( about three months later) the symtoms are back. I'm going to do it again but this time I'm going to try a maintenance dosage --maybe three tablets once a day after the initial dosage of five tablets three times a day. My averall rating of Hydrastis canadensis is very good but do I have to stay on it forever?

After 10 days of taking 1/2 tablet with breakfast and 1/2 tablet with dinner, I got a bloody nose and then a bloody eye. Feels like my blood pressure is elevated. Not fun.
