these are a miracle! sleep is somthing i have been missing for years with having 3 little ones and a full time job i dont see very much of it, so i tried these and now i actually can sleep through the night and wake up feeling ready to tackle the day!

A: These strips are the most effective if dissolved if dissolved on the tongue and will disolve rather quickly. Dissolving in a drink, unfortunately, is not recommended.
