This is the safest and most effective muscle relaxing, ache relieving product on the market. The only drawback is that the oil of lavender makes it inappropriate pre-exercise. However, what is a drawback pre-exercise is a real bonus post exercise. I use it prophylacticly for certain muscle areas that easily overworked.
It is also terrific for sinus headaches - without running the risk of salicylates.
