Question: I started taknig Hoodia Diet-Max a few weeks ago. I was very skeptic about buying it from amazon at that that price because on the hoodia website it says that if it's under 30.00 it's a scam. It's a scam because the people that sell it, dilute it so it's not as good. Is that the case with me, I don't know. I take this capsule 3 times daily With exercise you can and will lose weight. When I took my first pill, I felt dizzy and sleepy. One of the other side effects is that you must take the pill 30 minutes before you eat. If you take it and don't eat, you'll get so hungry and you'll get sick.I guess because it's eating away at your fat and you lose energy. I'm not sure but it does work though. When I first started taknig it, I was 141lbs. Now I am 138lbs. I use to do cardio every day and didn't lose a pound. Now with the help of this product, I'm steadyly losing weight. But if you want a faster result, you might want to try the Hoodia Pure which is like 50.00. I've heard that they work faster. We were in Portugal when we went through the same journey as you are going through now, so don't have any local contacts for you . what may help though is that we got our artemissin from www. bodykind.com in the UK. very good delivery service and at the time although it still comes from Holley pharm in the USA was quite a bit cheaper than getting it from them . Also salmon oil which I personally believe is a good supplement to give is very much cheaper from bodykind than I could find in Portugal. Oh BTW have NO financial ties with this company . I will now go and find your posts on the forum but sending you the very very best of wishes possible . try and stay with the forum they were my Godsend at the time and now 3 years later are like my family .

Question: Yeah, I didn't know:1. that you could make soy milk yourself (duh - I friuged it was some big industrial process or something)2. that there even existed machines to make itI stumbled upon the machines as I was researching local organic soymilk sources and thought, holy cow! (or should that be holy soybeans!), this fits in with my make it yerself plans.qt - we'll still be buying milk for making our own yogurt. Maybe one of these days I'll try to find a recipe for making soy yogurt. Does anyone know if you can just substitute soy milk for cow's milk in making yogurt????dumpsterdiva - I've read negative things about soy. And I've read negative things about cow's milk. No matter how you slice it, the impact on the environment from raising cattle sustainably versus raising soy sustainably is still confusing as to which one comes out ahead. It all depends on the grower and the method of transport. I don't know much about raw milk, but the idea gives me the willies. Maybe I read too much 18th century literature...
