    Question: Three tablets provide only 4 of daily requirements for dietary fiber. Isn't that minuscule or do I misunderstand something?

Fiber is necessary for the health of the digestive system and shows positive results for helping lower cholesterol. Supplementing with Psyllium is beneficial in conjunction with a diet consisting of foods high in fiber.
