    Question: How many milligrams of maca are in each dropperful (or 30 drops) of Maca Magic HRT. I've been recommended to take 2000 mg of maca per day.

    Question: i bought this since i've been extremely stressed at work hoping it would give me energy. i've noticed that suddenly i can't sleep and am having headaches since day one taking this. coincidence or is it the vitamin. i saw amazon customers had the same complaints after i had these issues. thanks,

Unfortunately there was not much more information from the manufacturer but I did locate a little more information for you.  Alpha GPC delivers choline to the brain across the blood–brain barrier and is a biosynthetic precursor of the acetylcholine neurotransmitter. lpha-GPC seems to increase a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine.
