    Question: I recently read that 4tbs of MCT combined with 8oz of sport drink showed an increase in stamina of endurance athletes. Is this an appropriate ratio for mixing this product with sports drink, and what is the maximum daily dose? Thanks.

Unfortunately we cannot advise you to take this supplement differently however if you trust the source of where you read the article it is your personal preference to try.
