This multi-vitamin has everything I was looking for - specifically vitamins B6, B12, calcium citrate, and iron. Plus, it has been easier to digest than other multi-vitamins that I have tried. I also like that the recommended dose is 6 capsules, so I can take 1 or 2 in supplement to a healthy diet and not feel "over-vitamined".

Seacoast Vitamins multi-plus liquid is incredible. I have been using for more than two years now, and it provides all the viamins that I need. I believe it has increased my energy and helped to build my immunity because I have not been sick since taking the vitamins...not even a cold. The liquid formula is very convenient versus taking lots of vitamin pills daily. My husband takes them also and I could never get him to take a multiple vitamin in pill form. For the price, this product is great for vegetarians. Don't purchase a generic calcium supplement without vitamin D, since you need vitamin D to absorb/use calcium. The body produces it's own vitamin D if you get enough sunlight, but the alternative source is dairy. Many vegetarians tend to avoid dairy for ethical reasons, but behold: this product is vegetarian friendly and contains two nutrients that non-lacto-vegetarians might need for dietary reasons. Also, this site gives you absurdly good deals.

I find the Natural Factors women's multi vitamin excellent as I have never been able to take b vitamins before without reacting badly - i.e. losing my appetite and getting digestive problems, headaches etc. Also, I really like that the proportions of b vitamins are the same as they occur in nature, rather than being identical amounts

I love these vitamins! They don't overdose you with Selenium and Vitamin E which have been shown lately to cause problems in mega-doses. I like that these also have some fiber in them as well. The price is right and the quality is great. Highly recommend.

Since going off Adderal long ago in High school I've been on this vitamin. It is amazing! Whenever I start to think I've out grown it and don't need it anymore because it is just a supplement; I realize once going off that my concentration problems come back in a month or so. I'm now 25 and have been using since 16. It is an amazing pill, but like all vitamins takes about 4 weeks before you see any results. Kids will be kids, discipline is a difficult thing to instill in them sometimes. But for focus this has been more than helpful.

I ordered BerryLicious vitamins for my two chldren, one who is extremely picky. The vitamin texture/consistency is like a "starburst-type" fruit chew candy. The kids love them! And they are packed with great vitamins and mineral. An A+ for this family. Another great product Seacoast carries!
