Question: I don't know about all that. I can do about 60 straight push ups and be fine the next day. my wuorokt consists 3 sets of 40 push ups. about three days ago I did that same wuorokt with the perfect push ups and im still fucken sore. I don't think these foo's used it right, its working for me, its not just a twist, you can go a bit lower than regular push ups. Thats what makes it work for me. The bicept part is bullshit though hahaha
