      Question: ....Laboratorios de fama Internacional como VAL Natural, Good Natutal, Now, etc. y haba una empleada que me recomend el producto de este Laboratorio y al contarle lo que me haba informado la otra persona sobre los 5 mg, 10 mg y 400 mcg, me dijo que eso no era cierto. Que lo ideal para un adulto de mi edad (65) era 10 mg diarios. Que 5 mg era para las embarazadas, por ejemplo. Y me sugiri que me tomara DOS (2) GRAGEAS DIARIAS de 400 mcg, lo cual equivala, ms o menos, a la de 10 mg. Cul de ellas tiene la razn? Me tomo UNA DE 400 mcg o ME TOMO DOS o en su defecto compro el de 10 mg? Gracias.

        Question: Buenas tardes. Si tengo una pregunta: Un mdico de Familia me recomend tomar, de por vida, una gragea de cido Flico diario. Pero NO me indic de cuntos gramos. Estuve un tiempo tomndolo de 5mg., hasta que un da vi este producto en Laboratorios VAL Natural y como era hecho en los EEUU lo compr y an lo estoy tomando. Pero sucede que un da, hace unos tres meses le pregunt a una empleada de una Farmacia que, por favor, me explicara el por qu exista cido Flico de 5 y de 10 mg. y que ahora estaba tomando uno de 400 mcg? Y ella me dijo que el de 400 mcg era el ms indicado, porque esa era la cantidad mxima que el organismo asimilaba diariamente. Sin embargo, hace cuatro das fu a una Farmacia que vende, en su mayora, productos de esta naturaleza, importados, de Lab......
