BrainAid contains nutrients that variously support blood circulation, neurotransmitter production and neurological function.

L-glutamine is a precursor of GABA, an important neurotransmitter. It readily crosses the blood brain barrier as does acetyl-l-carnitine which upregulates nerve growth factor supporting the regulation of neurological function. 

Phosphatidylserine is used by the body to regenerate damaged neurons and support general neurotransmitter tone. Choline, DMAE and phosphatidylcholine enhance mental functions associated with learning and memory. 

Thiamine, TTFD, calcium pantothenate, and vitamin B12 possess cofactor properties having an effect on memory, fatigue and mood. 

Riboflavin and pyridoxal-5-phosphate assist in amino acid metabolism and enzyme production, critical to neurotransmitter production. 

Ginkgo, Panax ginseng and eleuthero add increased circulation as well as being complementary to the actions of the other nutrients in the formula.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, 1 tablet one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
