What I have started to do to enrsue I get the right amount of calcium in my diet is, is track my dairy intake on the Food Pyramid on the Dept of Agriculture's website. You register and you can track what you eat and it will tell you how much from each food group you should eat based on your age, gender etc... It's a great tool to use. So as I go through the day I will enter what foods I have consumed and it will tell me if I'm getting enough grains or milk and so on. If I haven't consumed enough dairy, for example, I'll make sure to have a yogurt or glass of milk at some point during the day.
