Question: Hi, I have osteoporosis and have suffered 2 spinal fractures after a fall last year and a wrist fracture a couple of years ago. I am 62 and suffered from Cushings Syndrome with removal of pituitary tumour in 1993 so feel that this is mainly responsible for the situation. The doctors are adamant that I should take medication but I really am worried about this and would much prefer a natural approach. I already take Magnesium 750mg daily, with 2000iu of Vitamin D3 and 1000mg of Calcium D - the latter from my doctor. I am on replacement hydrocortisone and thyroxine along with Genotropin injections.
