- A: Yes, 4 drops is all you need to take and you can split those 4 drops to 2 drops twice daily if you'd like. Your physician may advise alternative doses if you think you need more than the 4 drops. We cannot completely predict individual response to dietary supplements as each person is unique in their nutritional needs. Normally with nutritional supplements you will not see an immediate effect. As a general rule of thumb, it will take up to 8-12 weeks to see the full effect.
