I usually give her a probiotic because she can't handle too much dairy and also want to start a cranberry extract to help her UT. I found this in my search and thought it sounded great just not sure if I can give to children. My daughter is 3.5. Thanks

If something was present in that gland when it was harvested from the cow, it is still present. The only thing that was removed was the moisture that was present in the gland.
