    Question: Will this product make me gain weight or help lose? I'm a 41 yr old female, I go to the gym 3 days a wk. I work nights and take arginine in the morning b4 going to bed. 1 tsp. I'm still a bit of a smoker. Will this give me anxiety? Or chest pain?
