KAL Xylitol is a natural sugar alcohol found in many fruits and vegetables. It has a sweet taste that is similar to sucrose. Xylitol is odorless and dissolves quickly. Because it is all natural and unrefined, Xylitol does not promote tooth decay.

Xylitol contains approximately 33% fewer calories than an equivalent amount of sugar. It has a low glycemic index, making it a healthy alternative to artificial sweeteners.
