Toto-Zyme is the poly-zym 021 formula, an enteric coated proteolytic enzyme with 2 mgs more trypsin than other available formulas. Fortunately for us, General Research labs is closely affiliated with our private label manufacturer, who now offers us this highly researched formula. Toto-Zyme is used in inflammatory and degenerative conditions. Many oncologists also use this formula as an adjunct to cancer therapies. It may be used as a nutritional support for those suffering from osteo and rheumatoid
arthritis as well as other auto-immune disorders , such as fybromyalgia.

Inflammation and workout recovery

Toto-Zymes is a nice alternative to Wobenzym and other systemic enzymes. Looking at the ingredients, it appears it's slightly more potent per dose as well, containing more trypsin in particular. The price is great, and they work really well before and after working out. I usually take a small handful of them one to two times per day. I also take them when having allergy problems, but that has become rare since I take them almost every day.
