Relaxation, along with restful sleep, are essential for general well being. Jarrow FORMULAS® StressTame® is designed to assist in relaxation and stress reduction.* Research shows that stress affects brain function, compromises immune response and raises cortisol production.
Take 2 StressTame® capsules 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. Two capsules may be emptied into a cup of boiling hot water to make tea.
