Silica has been found to increase the flexibility of all body tissues. Flexibility is particularly important to lung expansion, allowing for deeper breathing. This mineral provides strength and flexibility to connective tissue, joint cartilage, hair, skin, nails, and blood vessels, which may support heart health. Silica has also been shown to build strong bones by facilitating the deposit of calcium and minerals into the interior of the bone. Silica is a major constituent of collagen, which helps keep our skin elastic. We need Silica on a daily basis, and since the body cannot supply its own, it must be externally supplied. Directions: Add to 6-8 ounces of purified water, juice, or other beverage and take with or without meals. We recommend you start by using 10-20 drops of Silica Plus once a day for 2-5 days. GRADUALLY increase the product usage over a two to three week period until you are using a maintenance amount of 1/4 TSP three times a day.
