Question: This all depends on your body coomositipn, your lifestyle, and how regularly you take the supplements.Normally, it takes about 2 weeks to a month to start noticing the effects of the supplements. At first, when you start taking vitamins, your body will absorb some of the vitamins and filter out the rest. Eventually, your body will be able to accept more vitamins.For an average person, I'd have to say about 2 weeks to a month. Sometimes it takes longer, depending on the vitamin.As far as the time to take vitamins, usually you want to take vitamins after eating a meal. Your body will readily accept the vitamins at that time. Also, time release vitamins are typically absorbed more than other one a day or two a day vitamins.Hope this helps.
