Question: why do you use a fructose in your B12?
- A: Fructose is used as a sweetener since this B12 is a lozenge that needs to dissolve in your mouth. The Fructose gives these lozenges a pleasant taste. Most of our sublingual B12 supplements contain some sort of natural sweetener purely for taste.
