I have found that I tend to build more lean muscle mass utilizing this product, sublingual B12 and my workout regimen. I would recommend this product to anyone attempting to enhance their workout results. Not a quick fix, but it will boost your metabolism...no jitters, just a bit more stamina.

I have used your Adenosine before, but the capsule had a much too disgusting flavor to take sublingually. It helped a great deal with my weight control even though I swallowed the pill rather than allowing it to dissolve sublingually. Now I'm really excited because you have redesigned it to tablet form. Taken sublingually with my B12 tablet, the process is now much more palatable for me. I'm excited about the progress I'll be able to make now!

I was extremely surprised to find Adenosine at Seacoast Vitamins as it is a difficult supplement to locate. I purchased 2 bottles of this product sometime in mid-2008. I have great difficulty sleeping without medication and had read documentation supporting the benefits of Adenosine on sleep. I dislike taking prescription medication so was hopeful this product would work, therefore, enabling me to discontinue my sleeping medication. I tried Adenosine for approximately one week with no positive results. I do not blame the product as I have yet to find any supplement that works to help me overcome insomnia. They may be perfect for someone else. My body seems to be highly resistant to many medications and supplements unless taken via injection, transdermally, topically, or nasally (have a low amount of stomach acid as I have recently discovered).
One note of interest... these Adenosine tablets are sublingual and dissolve slowly and have an uncomfortable texture while breaking down. Regardless, I am planning on trying them again to ascertain if they will work with or without my current sleep medication.

Question: -.- ooops, lol, as you can tell I don't have the book and don't know too much about CG, lmbo! I was watching MahoganyCurls and I know she stleys w just conditioner and her hair is amazing I've never been a fan of gel in my hair, so this conditioner method is really working for me. Prior to this, I would set my curly pony tail w a bit of Taliah Wajjid's Crinkles Curls. But now that I rinse daily it's easier to just rinse conditioner out and reapply. My hair is in heaven

So thanks for all of your inspiring videos!How often a week do you wash? I am 9 months post and find I have to cowash or wet my hair daily, bc when I wake up it looks matted.

Adenosine has many uses including regulating blood circulation to the heart. Please let us know your focus for using Adenosine and we may help you with a replacement product.
