This works very well for weight loss. It cuts my appetite and makes it easier to eat better. I include a lot of fruit and pudding cups for the times when I want chocolate. I have high cholesterol, but haven't had it checked yet. I am hoping that it will help lower that too. I recommend these pills for weight loss. Be sure to include a lot of water. This really works.

This works! It's a good detox when taken orally, but when I put 2 cups in my bath water and soaked for 20 minutes, i could tell it did an awesome job at detoxifying my body! I had a lot more energy afterward.A good cancer preventative !

As a mother having to go to work with young children always being exposed to viruses while at day care, this was a God send. An evening fever was brought down without the use of motrin and tylenol. I put one pill in a bottle of spring water, allow it to dissolve, and give it in small amounts out of dixie cups during the evening 30-60" apart. It works!
