Careful with this one. It contains kava kava, which has raised allegations of liver toxicity and liver failure. It wasn't intended for long-term use. Also, gotu kola is a stimulant, and should not be consumed before bedtime.

This product has a new name, now called Liver Refresh What a fabulous liver detoxifying supplement! My husband is battling cancer so it is very important to keep his liver clean and regenerating. The milk thistle extract rejuvenates the liver and is especially important for prostate cancer patients or for that mater any cancer patient. This formula includes NAC and L-Glutathione as well as L-methionine to support liver detoxification. The addition of dandelion, barberry, an artichoke blend, scute, turmeric and schisandra in this formula make Liver Refresh one of the most effective liver support formulas available! I have stage four liver cancer and my bile ducts are blocked by two tumors. I am presently on my tenth chemotherapy treatment having began in June of this year. In May I was told that unless my bilirubin count came down, it was 27 and is suppose to be 1 or below, I had only two weeks to live. After five liver procedures I now carry a bag that collects all the bile my liver produces which makes it very hard to digest certain foods. My oncologist told me to see if I could find something to take that would help my digestion process. I have been taking Ox Bile three times a day for two weeks and I notice a greater digestion of my food, and I am beginning to gain some of my weight back due to longer processing of the food. I was having higher than normal liver values on my lab work.....a friend of mine suggested I try using Thisilyn to cleanse the liver and get the values back to normal.....It worked like magic.....Within a few months of using the Thisilyn my liver values were back to normal and I've continued using the Thisilyn ever since.

I use Thisilyn for liver cleansing....My liver enzymes were starting to become elevated due to food allergys......A friend with MS told me about using the Thisilyn for lowering the liver enzymes and I tried it.....It brought my liver enzymes back into normal range and I've taken the Thisilyn 100 three times a day for several years now and have had no further problem with elevated enzymes.

My husband started taking this product a little over 2 years ago and we will not be without it. He had ascities that had to be removed 3 times a week. After one year on this product the amount had decreased to hardly anything. For over a year now he has had no fluid build up and has improved immensely in his health. He continues to take the maximum dose to protect his liver. It was our physician who first recommended milk thistle to us. Of course God deserves much credit also but we would recommend this product to anyone with liver problems. We believe it really worked.

I find the kids are sick less when I give them the cod liver oil every night.
