Valerian Root, Hops Flowers, Wood Betony, Skullcap, Black Cohosh Root, Passion Flower and Cayenne Root.

WARNING: May cause drowsiness. Do not use when driving motor vehicles or operating machinery.

Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules about 1/2 hour before bedtime.
