Modified citrus pectin is different from other pectin because of the way it is prepared. It is modified by a proprietary process, which reduces the molecular weight of the pectin molecule. Derived from organic citrus pectin. Pectin is a soluble fiber found in the rinds and peels of fruits such as oranges, grapefruits, lemons and apples. Pectin is also used for it's thickening agents in jams and jellies. Pectin binds and removes pollutants like heavy metals, radioactive isotopes and environmental toxins which wreak havoc on our cells and health of our bodily functions. Studies have demonstrated positive effects of pectin's ability to cleanse the intestines.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 5 to 15 grams daily: dissolve one founded teaspoon (approx. 5g) of powder in water, juice or other liquid and drink one to three times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
NOTE: For easier mixing, place Modified Citrus Pectin Powder in a jar or shaker with desired liquid and shake.
