I've been taking this product for about 15 years. I began menapause early (35 years old) as did my Mother. I tried other products but this was a life saver. I would wake up with the entire front of my gown wet and then the chills would come. Have no more problems now. I'm now 65 and I'm staying on it as long as I feel the need.

This stuff is excellent! I am 41 yrs old and am teetering between PMS and menopause and this Femaprin has helped me to keep sane. I love it, it is natural with no hormones and it really does the trick. I took about a month for me to see the real results, but it does work and I will continue to take this through menopause. Ya gotta try it if you have out of control PMS or severe cramping with mensus. Great stuff!!!

Question: Can Femaprin be taken while taking 225mg of Effecor XR daily? My MD wants to place me on oral birth control for Peri Menopause symptoms and issues. I am 43 years old and do not want to do that. However, I fear the side affects I am reading about Femaprin. Rapid heart beat! Hair Loss! Skin Rash! I do not know what to do. Plus I want to make sure it is not going to affect the Effexor XR (I actually take the generic version) that I take daily. Please advise.

I did not find any information that indicates that Femaprin would cause rapid heart beat, or hair loss. We suggest consulting with your physician concerning any medications that you are now taking before taking any new supplements.
