I take a home-brew morning drink first thing every morning consisting of 4T of aloe vera juice, 2T of wolfberry juice concentrate, 1T of natural apple cider vinegar, and a couple of packets of stevia. This gives me wonderful "charge" that carries me through morning exercise before breakfast and seems to have knocked a few points off my blood pressure.

To prevent sickness and to promote healing

This product is the real thing. I have tried others, but this one is the best bang for the buck. One to two ounces a day has prevented sickness (for me). I have not got one cold or any other sickness in the last 2 years since I started using this product. Also, as an unexpected result, my vision has improved. My knees no longer hurt when I go up stairs.
