Question: Does this particular product have effect on a person's weight? have been using it for three weeks now and have realised am putting on weight.
  • A: Evening primrose oil has a vast range of beneficial properties for your health. Some of which include,heart disease,high cholesterol,rheumatoid arthritis, weight control  and fatigue. It is also used to help regulate hormones which is asociated with breat pain during PMS. Primrose oil has Gamma-linoleic acid,lonileic acid and other nutrients essential for cell structure and elasticity of the skin. There is no information showing that this will make you gain weight.
