Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, mix 1 slightly rounded teaspoon of NOW® AAKG Powder into water or your favorite juice.  Take 2 times daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning and one hour before workouts.  Not recommended for continuous, high-level use for more than 60 days.
