Solaray Female Hormone Blend SP-7C is a specially designed product to help women through menopause. This product contains Black Cohosh which has been know for many years to the natural health community as being helpful to women going through menopause. This product contains other herbs and ingredients as well, all helpful in promoting a more mild hormone transition. This product is specifically useful in helping relieve hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause.
This product contains a blend of Black Cohosh, Passion Flower, Dong Quai, Fenugreek, Raspberry, Licorice, Cramp Bark, Chamomile, Butternut, Kelp, Wild yam and Saw Palmetto. To use, take two capsules 2 - 3 times daily with a meal and a glass of water.
