I've been taking PS for over a year. I take 300 mg, it is the best product so far. I have much more mental energy all day and I feel less stressed and my overall health, both physical and mental is better. I highly recommend it.

Having had too many side effects with prescription medications (due to allergies and intolerance), I am using PS and finding that I sleep better, think clearer, feel less stressed, and am functioning in a better way, in a very short time of taking this product.
