Black Cohosh for hot flashes, headaches and mood changes. Red clover for hot flashes and PMS. When a hysterectomy is performed and the ovaries are removed the estrogen levels drop immediately which can cause several side effects such as hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, join pain and weight gain to name a few.
